Oroton

Storepro delivered Oroton's first store outside Australia, translating the brand's existing format and fixture standards into a new market, built to a brief centered on New Zealand artistry and craft, and meeting its own council and building requirements. It's part of Oroton's push into international retail as the brand marks 88 years of operating history.
R.M.Williams

Storepro delivered the RM Williams Chadstone store in 100 days from concept to opening, one of more than 30 stores in the brand's national rollout, combining project management and delivery with handcrafted fixtures and furniture built through a mix of local and offshore manufacturing, including a boot repair station and a ceiling finished in copper.
TK Maxx

TK Maxx's Bourke Street flagship, one of the brand's boldest and biggest fit-outs to date, ran on a 16-week programme delivered in parallel with the landlord's own builder. The scope covered project management, delivery and joinery manufacture. New vertical transport was installed between floors, alongside two checkout areas per trading floor, a full open POS system, French wash walls, engaged columns, feature walls and digital screens. Access was tightly constrained by the CBD site, which meant sequencing the build carefully around the surrounding location.
Dior

: Macquarie Centre
Dior's Macquarie Centre pop-up was one stop in a year-long, nationwide programme of bespoke pop-ups for the brand's fragrance and cosmetics line. Storepro built the joinery, custom lighting and counters to Dior's own specification.
Aesop
Location
: David Jones, Bourke Street
Aesop's store inside David Jones' Bourke Street beauty renovation is one tenancy in the department store's wider 2025 beauty-hall expansion, built in partnership with Nash Architects. Every element except the flooring was handcrafted in Storepro's own factory. The American Oak veneer was handpicked by the client, then positioned to align the grain and put the best sheets in the most visible spots. The site itself was extremely small, which meant coordinating a large number of trades through a tight space to get it done.
Unison

The Unison Chadstone store was part of the brand's national rebrand rollout, following French Connection UK's transition into Unison. Storepro built to Brandbank Group's in-house design standard across the wider changeover, six boutiques and forty-one concessions across every Myer and David Jones nationally, sequenced to land inside six weeks and timed to the brand's own press and marketing schedule.
Scanlan Theodore

Storepro delivered the Scanlan Theodore Chadstone store in 99 days from concept to opening, engaged as the brand's store development partner, at a project value of $1.1M. This includes a custom chandelier, feature ceilings and hand-sculpted shopfront trims.
Maje
Location
: Westfield Sydney
Maje's relocation within Westfield Sydney moved the brand into a design not previously built in Australia. Ahead of construction, the Storepro team visited Maje's Shanghai store to see the design in person before translating it to the new site, covering project management and delivery across a seven-week build.
Petbarn
Location

Petbarn's Rhodes store was one of the brand's earliest shopping-centre format sites, part of a shift from standalone big-box locations into centre-based tenancies. The format is more compact than Petbarn's usual footprint, with a smaller back-of-house. Storepro delivered the fitout, including a flooring selection the client was pleased enough with to roll out across future stores.
Ganni

Ganni's second Australian store opened at Emporium Melbourne, delivered by Storepro in partnership with Marripool as part of the centre's push to bring more premium tenancies into its mix.
Cue

Storepro delivered Cue's new concept store at Pacific Fair, a format the brand hadn't built before, including a custom natural stone, crazy-paved floor in green, travertine and terracotta colourways across the retail footprint.
Patagonia

Storepro delivered Patagonia's Melbourne flagship inside the heritage-listed Carson House, a three-storey building completed in 1903, restoring the facade and ground-floor interiors and fitting out the store with recycled materials, including reclaimed boating-yard timber.
Fayt The Label

Storepro delivered Fayt's Hawthorn store as a strip-shop site with its own permitting requirements outside a shopping centre, a different approval and access process to a centre-based fitout.
Puma

Storepro designed, produced and installed a 330sqm AFL club-partnership activation space inside Puma's Chadstone flagship in two weeks, brief to live date, covering printed POS, illuminated signage and a free-standing illuminated football display.

Arms of Eve

Storepro concept-designed and constructed Arms of Eve's first flagship store in Noosa in four to six weeks, at a project value of $500-600K, translating the brand's ecommerce business into its first physical retail format.
Maniax

Maniax's second venue, in Fremantle inside the FOMO Freo precinct, is larger than the brand's first location. Storepro's build included state-of-the-art target projectors and wider lanes, upgrading the gameplay format the brand had built to previously.
iKou

: Berry, NSW
Storepro delivered IKOU's Berry store inside a heritage building as a strip-shop fitout, using local custom joinery and local trades throughout the build.
R.M.Williams
Location
: Stockland Green Hills, East Maitland
RM Williams' Stockland Green Hills store is a separate project to the Chadstone flagship above, a full fitout for a shopping centre serving the Hunter Valley region. Storepro combined locally made joinery with overseas procurement through Grange, working around a roughly two-hour trip from Sydney to site. The finished store runs a scent machine among its fit-out details, and has been trading strongly, helped by having little competing retail nearby.
Marimekko

Marimekko's Chapel Street renovation sits inside a heritage Art Deco building dating to 1936, as the brand continues expanding its owned and retailer-owned store footprint in Australia. Storepro delivered the build.
Market Pavilion

: Vicinity Chadstone
Storepro built and project-managed the joinery for the communal areas of Market Pavilion, a 26,500sqm food and lifestyle precinct housing more than 50 retailers, built to a 5-Star Green Star rating targeting net-zero operational emissions. The project was delivered design and construct, directly with Vicinity. The material palette was pared back: black powder-coated metal, black corian and brown leather throughout. The scale of the job meant restructuring Storepro's own factory to dry-fit the joinery before it left for site. Construction delays on the wider centre meant the joinery had to be held in storage, spread across 140 pallets, with a full install guide and inventory built to keep the eventual install accurate.
Bar Julius

: The EVE Hotel Sydney, Surry Hills
Bar Julius, TOGA Group's lobby bar at the entry of the EVE Hotel Sydney on Wunderlich Lane, was delivered by Storepro. The build included a vaulted ceiling and formal dado, a backlit barrisol ceiling, and arched mirrors. Joinery ran through Australian hardwoods, including Jarrah and Ironbark, with stone, marble and glazed faience ceramic hardware throughout. Storepro also produced and installed the large-scale reproduction of Louise Olsen's mural on the dining room ceiling, to a design led by George Livissianis, SJB's Victoria Judge and Adam Haddow.
