General Pants has been part of Australian youth culture since the early 1970s. Storepro’s 2015 rollout, working with architect Steve Dumic, ran to as many as ten stores a year at its peak, delivered across Chadstone, Pacific Fair, George Street, and Parramatta, each store coordinated through its own landlord requirements and opening timeline without slowing the wider programme. Each location was built around the brand’s “industrial grit” concept, individually designed to the youth culture, music, and local art of its own area rather than a repeated template.
